Creating situations where all teachers are able to get the best possible professional preparation and support for updating their pedagogical skills for all levels of education to render optimum benefit to all students of schools under CBSE Curriculum.
About the Institute
India prides itself in having one of the largest teaching manpower in the world. The first and foremost challenge is encouraging enough teachers to take up research. AIIFDR bridges the gap between academics and requirements — registered as per the provisions of the Literary and Scientific Institutions Act (Central Act XXI of 1860).
CCAP holds 80G(5)(vi) recognition from the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Media Partner: Little Scholars' Wisdom Week — recognised by the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Organise National Annual Awards to Schools, Principals and Teachers based on Excellence.
Create opportunities for Principals and Teachers to participate in National and International Conferences, Summits and Mutual Exchange Programs.

Nominations open — on or before 20th August. Send your credentials and individual nominations with complete details, contributions and the reason for recognition to support@educatebhaarath.com. Educate Bhaarath also organises seminars, workshops, paper presentations and training programmes as continuing education for teachers. There will be a nominal fee to delegates. The delegates will be provided with delegate kit, lunch and tea at the venue. Appreciation and participation certificates will be given to all delegates.

Women in Studies & Employment
WISE — with the sole aim of bringing together women teacher role models. Mahila Sishu Samrakshana Samithi (MASS), Mahila Vidya and Udyog, Bhaaratha Vanitha Mandali provide the right platform for women to showcase their technical skills and leadership qualities.
WISE strives to recognise women's outstanding achievements through Award nominations and has launched the project “PROGRESS — Promote Gender Equal Societies in Surroundings.”

Conventions
Conventions for Teachers & Principals
AIIFDR organises Teachers' Conventions in association with Sneha Seva Voluntary Association (SSVA), Mahila Sishu Samrakshana Samithi (MASS), Vikasa Vahini, Bhaaratha Vanitha Mandali. AIIFDR's National Annual Teacher's Convention contributes to Teacher's Growth and Development.
Teachers actively involved in capacity building programmes will receive the Vidya Ratna Award as part of Gurudevo Bhava. Principals will receive the Vidya Shiromani Award. The school with highest Capacity Building Programs of Faculty enrolments will receive the Mother Teresa Excellence Award in promotion of School Health Education.

Teachers
Minimum 2 programs — ₹500. Each additional program costs ₹250 more. Teachers can opt for all six academic programs.
Principals
Any 2 executive programs — ₹600. Each additional executive program costs ₹300 more. Principals can opt for all three programs.
