The AMRUTHA initiative carries the noble vision of taking health knowledge beyond cities — into the villages, the Gram Panchayats, where real India lives. I commend this mission as a true expression of Gram Swaraj through health.

To: District Panchayat Officer

It is with great satisfaction that I extend my support to the AMRUTHA Rural Health Mission. The programme addresses a critical gap — the absence of trained health personnel in our Gram Panchayats. Rural communities often lack even basic first-aid knowledge, and the consequences are preventable deaths and prolonged suffering.

AMRUTHA's model of placing certified health workers at the panchayat level, backed by the institutional credibility of CCAP and IIRHE, is exactly the kind of grassroots initiative that government machinery alone cannot provide. I urge all District Panchayat Officers to extend full cooperation.
